sollmg, QIPT has 47 million shares fully diluted.  To get to the $1.24 EPS in 2027, that would mean they need $58 million of after tax net income, from a negative position now.  Assuming 25% tax rate, that would require approx $78 million of pre-tax income.  This is post interest expense, post depreciation, etc.  How on earth do you think this is possible?  Is this really ...more

Correction:Quipt has a sh+t load of losses that would offset any profits. So $58 million is all they need to hit $1.24 per share. Even greater if they decide to buy back say 7 million shares.That would give them $1.45 a share times 15  times profit that would mean $21.75 USD   SP.

Where do they get the $58 million of pure profits?  They've spent north of $150 million on deals the last few years and still have zero profits.  Where does it magically come from?  To get $58 million in bottom line profits, would require what, an exta $600-900 million in revenues?  Where does that come from?  Without more equity dilution and borrowing to do it?
