That is a very important point onlygame.   Two things to add here.  Interdigital is an NPE and it has been fully successful in a tougher litigation climate. If what blackspade was saying is true IDCC would not be a $2 Billion market cap company with a growing earnings and sales base.   Apple has historically refused to deal with pure play NPEs outside of IDCC.  The
