I see it in the technicals and the above average volume that popped up a couple weeks back means that someone is in the know, but didn't want to make it too visible to draw the ire of the regulators. It was also coincidentally timed with the request for an unusual second Request for delay by WiLan lawyers on appeal rebuttal.

I personally think we are simply seeing the "growth" plan promised starting to pan out and perhaps QRTH starting to get to a true market value ( $4) . Am I not correct to suggest, ACTG appears to be adopting a similar strategy to QTRH But QTRH started long ago accumulating large portfolio's and is much further ahead in the process. Plus, they've already done 2-3 acquisitions. So why didn't QTRH get the big SP bump ACTG appears tro have gotten over the last month for "their brilliant strategy" ?

The only new info with regards to ACTG is that they have begun in earnest to monetize their IP.  Unknown tho is that they acquired a bunch of bio/medical companies and are offloading some of them.  There should be more color, as the analysts call it, at ACTG's Q4 conference call.
