Annual Voting Results - Gillberry 15.9% withheld. Why?
Does anyone have insight into why such a large % were withheld from Gillbery in April 2020.? Also, in April 2019 about 14% were withheld from Gilberry.
One or more shareholders are speaking up by withholding. Why did they vote this way?

In my opinion, as the Chairman, he felt the brunt from the performance (read: lack of acquisitions) of the Parker-led management team.

Perhaps. But usually the CEO brings or does not bring deals for Board consideration. At 2019 AGM, then CEO Parker had only 2.25% votes withheld. So it does not look like shareholders did not like what the CEO was doing or not doing, and then took it out on another director instead of the CEO. There is something here. The shareholder(s) that withheld know what it is. Any of them out there?
