Apple cross-appeal in?

No cross appeal in and no ask for extension at this point. I thought they get 30 days as WiLan had an appeal of the judge throwing out the original jury verdict.  So Apple should have 30 days to reply to that appeal.

v_g, I believe it is 14 days for the sur-reply.  Possibly it will show up on Monday.

Therefore
