Post by v_guerriero on Mar 16, 2021 3:45pm

WiLan now with $0

1.40 working capital
1.00 for IRD
(0.01) for WiLan... that has 20k patents and produced 30m of cash flow in 6 of 7 years.  0 for Apple case.  0 for LG signing. 0 for any patent sales.

stock = 2.39.

How negative does WiLan have to go before the Board restarts the stock buyback program?

Funny with all the retail holders come Agm time Insiders will most likely get voted back in with 98.8 % For votes....

Don't forget the stock was trading stable in the 1.85 range six months ago. The reality is that Q3 super quarter had created high expectations and drove the stock above $3. Expectations were far from met and the stock should be back to the October range since nothing has improved since then. For those holding QTRH for many years, you probably remember how the stock drop sharply after a ...more

well said.... If the board spent as much time on business deals as they do sucking the profits off we would be all happy. Nothing worse than pigs on the trough.

The company added 0.50 per share in cash with higher cash balance and 5% reduction of share count.   The bottom has usually been found when WiLan trades at or below zero.  We were there briefly today.   I was buying back in today.

v_guerriero I also was buying today although already under water No more available cash Sure not looking forward to previous poster's suggestion on 1.85...yikes

Trying to be helpful here.  When you have a position size like mine it is virtually impossible to pick true bottoms.   I'll end up with 600k shares when all is said and done, adding 100k shares to my position from good trading setups.   Trade the volatility.  Make money.

Show your statwment on 500k held?

Firstly, f u Socrates.  I thought you don't care about MAs. Secondly It's 600k. I'll post my statement when I've built a 1 million share position and it is at $10.   I am taking this pig to 8 figures.
Comment by Socrates1 on Mar 17, 2021 8:17am
If that was the case dufus and you held 500k than why the name calling? I can post my 105k position any time! Come on you are being called OUT!

I was also a buyer today at 2.39 and just add to the pile. Been buying off and on since the crash last March and the most I paid was 2.78. Something good will happen here someday, sometime so I continue to accumulate with no timeframe to sell as I am an investor not a trader. Most of my stocks were also red today.

Additional cash and reduction of share float were pre Oct 2020. Look at sp in stock. Cash and equivalents were $143.1 million at June 30, 2020 History repeats itself

Looks like the bottom was found at the point where I called it.  Where WiLan was valued at 0.  This stock moves before news announcements.  And as I said to WiLander when he said bye when he said he sold at the 2.40 level that the low was put in last year one month before the AGM as they tend to do as they stuff their pockets with Cheap RSUs and options (at least last year it was ...more

v-guerriero   You hit it right on .  The stock will move higher in next quarter with announcement to come of good news.   Today's heavy buying at .1.14 of 752,826 shares  is by knowledgeable buyers. v-g, you are knowledgeable individual on board not like a few of clowns who have been reporting nonsense recently. LOL

You typically don't see this kind of feasting on shares unless someone has knowledge and have huge conviction behind the trade.    Everyone take a big bite of a juicy Apple today as a measure of good luck. That would be a nice surprise.
Comment by wilander on Mar 30, 2021 1:32pm
no need to be a d**khead guerriero.   I sold most at $3 and a few remaining at $2.80.   Like some on SH I didnt gloat about it or mention it.  nor do i have any reason to lie.  i never sold at $2.40 and you know it.   i maybe mentioned i had already sold when it was at that range -- in a comment to someone else that wasnt remotely trying to be pessimistic -- ...more
