Maak, if you recall, during Parker's time, the comp policy was revamped to have a larger portion of compensation tied to performance vs. objectives via options, RSUs etc.  The revised comp plan was approved at the AGM.  So, with a positive F'20, it should not be a surprise to see grants.  v_g is not a clairvoyant; he simply is on top of the company's policies.

Discussion of the comp policy can be found in the Management Information Circular for the 2018 AGM, available on Sedar: https://www.sedar.com/GetFile.do?lang=EN&docClass=10&issuerNo=00009395&issuerType=03&projectNo=02743659&docId=4279801

Woody, sounds like your beef is with the comp policy approved by shareholders at the 2018 AGM.  Do you have some comparatives to support your POV?
