Interesting article. One takeaway, I think, is that the PTAB and IPR will become that much more important to the functioning of the system and it will be folly to think that it can be eliminated and we can all go back to the old days when everyone went to court. With the rise of 5G and endless thousands of patents in play the world will need, even more than currently, a kind of gatekeeper to keep ...more
