Does anyone have insight into why such a large % were withheld from Gillbery in April 2020.? Also, in April 2019 about 14% were withheld from Gilberry.

One or more shareholders are speaking up by withholding.  Why did they vote this way?"

What am I missing? Happy to hear my reading is all wrong.

What you are saying is already priced into the stock.   The market is priced the company at working capital + 5X EBITDA for IRD.  At this point of selling or shorting you have to believe that the company is so incompetent that they are going to lose every single patent case, that they are going to waste every dollar they spend, and the future bullish market for infrastructure spending

I think your post is reasonable and you ask two good questions. First, FGP. Note that in October 2020 the stock shot past $2.60 not very long after FGP was selling hand-over-fist at $1.81. So you could argue that, in that instance, they didn't know what they were doing. Maybe they met PH and came to the conclusion that he was the wrong guy to lead the company. They started selling before the special buy back.  Last time I looked FGP were at about 1.4m shares. This is not an attempt at a complete answer but quite a number of the directors are lawyers--which makes sense given the WiLAN side of the business. Blackspade  I find it in bad tastel that you recommend any QTRH shareholders sell their shares and go into a mariwana stock called Curaleaf.  This type of stock is highly speculative.
