It's surprising that it's not below $2 yet.  3 very poor quarters in a row.  Apple not before March-April. That could easily be delayed for years. Burning cash.  I think for most people on this board, they are hanging to their shares waiting for Apple settlement. It has alreay been a costly wait and a big waste of time

Is your definition of a poor quarter one where Wilan doesn't close deals? Obviously, since Wilan is lumpy, it is expected that they will burn cash between the deals or court decisions. Why are you saying Apple not before March-April? Did the calendar come out with their date? And then, as long as they have a date for the hearing, does 6 months in time really affect the value of Quarterhill

Pat, CAFC case will be heard in October or November. A ruling favorable to Quarterhill will lead to a share price jump. Apple could defer payment further by appealing to the Supreme court but there's no chance the Supreme court will take up the case because there is nothing unique about the Wilan - Apple case. The Supreme court has already turned down hearing similar patent cases. I'm
