Longs that follow this stock closely have to be happy with the $2.90 close. It came without official news. Any coverage or overnight news will push QTRH to front and center tomorrow and Monday. Friday should be another strong day for QTRH.

I doubt any NR until its finalized. Otherwise youd have to do an "embarrassing didnt get it done" NR if it falls through. May still be a buying opportunity tomorrow. But like I said, they'll want it done in Q3 so by month end.

I agree Wilander - no news release until they sign the agreement.   I think it's wrong of them not to announce they are nearing an agreement but that appears to be their modus operandi (sp?).  There will be a few more days to load up before that - unfortunately I have way more than common investment theory would allow for so I have to stop the buying at this point.  No where
