German Courts

Before anyone starts putting too much trust into German Courts, listen to this

Reiner Fuellmich is a high power lawyer in Germany with a license to practice also in California.
He sued Deutsch Bank (now one of the biggest criminal institutions in the World he says)
He sued Volkswagon for its giant diesel fraud.
He also sued Kuehne and Nagel, the world’s largest shipping company. Suing them in a multi-million-dollar bribery case.

He gives his opinion on the German courts

Warning to some - this conversation is largely about covid investigations and legal challenges but stick to this particular 6 mins of an experts opinion on German courts that may shock you. How will QTRH fair as one of those small to med sized businesses.

Who  cares what Reiner Fuellmich says. We have our case against Apple well advanced and will have decision by mid 2021 possibly for mega dollars.   No reasons to show or listen to any negatisim    IMO.

"Some assume German courts are more honest than US. Truth is, May be as bad or worse than US" You never  know anytime you deal with humans .

I am not suggesting there is no case for optimism. However, the following copied comment belongs in the pump and dump category: "No reasons to show or listen to any negatisim"  Shouldn't investors keep an open mind, consider all relevant inputs and then make their decisions?  Or is this a contest where judges/ investors are being told, by some, not to believe their eyes ...more
