My understanding is that Amazon is proceeding separately from Google, and Microsoft on its Alexa vocie assistant. with a different strategy whereas Google and Microsoft are using PTAB as their basis to argue. This case scheduled for 5 day Jury trial 11/07/2021 is extremely complex for a jury to arrive at decision
