Treehouse Avatar v. Valve

Does anyone have a sense of the potential damages in this case, if successful? (Western District of Washington case 2:2017-cv-01860)  

The judge has DENIED Valve's motion for summary judgement.  Once Daubert motions are dealt with, the court will set a trial date.  All Daubert motions have been filed and are awaiting the court's rulings.

cabbie I can supply you some information  re Valve .  valve cor is a privately held firm so no published reveneue figures available.  Most of valves revenue comes from Steam -50to70%. Steam is a downloaded PCgame & generated 3.4 billion in 2017. Steam is stated as ultimate destination for playing PC games.
