On Oct 8 QTRH pre announced their Q3 2020 results, with actual results out Nov 5.  They did not announce the jump in Q4 2019.  So it appears that a license would need to generate more than $30 to $35 million to be considered material my Quarterhill.  So I expect Motorola to be less than $30 mill.

$30 to $35 million is fine with me. Since this is Wilan's IP, the margin should be very nice. I think it will be a bit higher tho.
