Infrastructure Plan signed, Mitch Landrieu named

Mitch Landrieu named the infrastructure Czar by Biden. He fast tracked many +100 infrastructure projects after Hurricane Katrina as frm Mayor of New Orleans. 

I foresee a lot of ITS contracts will come in Q4 and 2022.

awesome. Now lets sign some of htese ETC contracts worth $100M that Hill was talking about. i want to see them signed in 2021!
