The BoD saw what I saw… and took it a step further

WiLan currently worth ZERO on the stock.

Corporate expenses, with the inefficient corporate structure with only a couple subsidiaries, worth -$1 / share on the stock.

This decision solves both issues. 

This could be $2-$3 boost in the stock when all is said and done.

Paves the way for a future US listing as well.

Huge value creation on the way.

As per usual, there is that substantial holding company discount such that none of the three assets are fully valued as stand alone assets. Selling or spinning out Wilan to shareholders is a great move and should, based on sales, add $2 -$3 to the share price. New management can't hurt either ..

Whether the reorg sheds the cost of an inefficient corporate structure or eliminates the Wilan drag effect is immaterial as V_G just posted.  This announcement addresses both issues.  A move to a pure play ITS company was inevitable, as I've posted many times, making the holding company overheard unnesessary.
