IMO the longer it takes for us to get decision at CAFC is beneficial to QTRH.  I am of opinion that CAFC has arrived at decision but is not releasing it in order for the parties to try to reach a settlement. IMO I believe Apple and QTRH are in trying to negotiate a comprehensive settlement which includes  AppleUS,  Apple in Germany and Apple in Canada.   We have waited ...more

in the end do you really see anyone "winning" against Apple, Google etc,? I guess it depends on your own view of what a "win" is

Joey, I agree with your perspective on Apple's modus operandi; however, surprises can happen. In your first sentence you surmise, "...they are holding back the decision."  Who do you mean is "they?" QTRH is in the driver's seat on this one and Apple is running out of runway.  I am prepared to be both patient and surprised.  It won't be ...more

I came across a video, with lawyers,  discussing Appeals Courts and some general observations/comments. It was suggested, the judges generally ask fewer questions of the party they are tending to side with. II's noticeable. to these lawyers at least i don't quite recall but anyone, .... ?   Who got asked the most questions in the appeal? QTRH, or APPL?   Curious.

my point exactly, this is not a drop in the bucket to them but a speck in the ocean, they have so much money , judges say you owe then pay it seems so wrong that they can just delay delay delay, as a senior i find this all wrong that just a handfull of companies can control so much of our world
