Honestly, I'm not going to get too anxious about it until late February at least. Paul said they expected it could take up until March for further developments, and these things always seem to take longer than anyone thinks they will. Sure it could happen any moment, but you'll probably drive yourself crazy thinking about it in the meantime.

Cactus, who knows exactly what "shortly" means, but that is the word that Bret Kidd used on one of the presentation this week, saying he expects that the Apple situation will be resolved shortly. I think it was Needham. QTRH is in the window for a CAFC ruling at any time.
