okay Joey...whatever you say. Odd that you're here if that's how you feel. They have pivoted the business in a direction that has a future. A few bumps along the way but I think they did a good job. Not easy totally changing the direction of your company. They also successfully navigated a hugely negative change in the patent landscape that most weren't able to.

"at this point I don't really care" mission accomplished. It has been Apples' goal and possibly others all along to keep putting things off until we just don't care. It is classic strategy. "it will be what it is" I agree, we have little  (no) control, other than take it or leave it, which we have had all along.

Lagger, I think you may be misreading my comment.  It is time for QTRH to move on from IP licensing.  They have pursued an excellent litigation strategy against Apple.  Apple has effectively run out of delay options (they may chose to use a couple of minor ones, but if they do, QTRH would simply fold the Apple litlgation into the Wilan divestiture deal, imo).  The court will
