Yeah, great interview. He really compelled a purchase of 20k shares. So now they are replacing many Board members? That means more options to be printed. More dilution. This could lead to Fattouche and Skippen unloading their shares in the open market. How could the market absorb 2.5 million shares? No. Fattouche joined in 2006 and remained until April 2018. Fattouche was not nominated in 2018, 2019 and 2020 Circulars. But, suspiciously, was added as a director in May 2020, after the April 2020 AGM was held. Why!? Does Fattouche have a track record of corporate success? Skippen sold 150k shares last year at 2.30. You can see it on SEDI. And that was before the Apple loss. Skippen and Fattouche also do not reinvest their dividends into the stock. They take the cash.
