Implication:

- Big short position taken on the debentures in the last two week period... what do they know?
- Blackout continues and no ability for any insiders to show any sympathy and buy any stock. Convenient, eh?
- Given timing, Blackout will continue to AGM... Insiders will have no "ability" to buy any stock. Perfect excuse to just collect the options. Convenient, eh?
