That isn't how it works astute. If you buy a house with 50% down and the bank owns 50%... you don't own 100%.  You own 50% of the home. Quarterhill put $75M down to buy a $150M ETC asset.  Shareholders only own $75M.  Creditors own 50% and have  the equity on IRD and ETC as collateral.   IRD was purchased with 100% cash.  So that is fully owned.

Vg must be off his meds for his bipolar. He had QTRH going to $15/shr one minute and now he has QTRH going to $1/shr. That is enough to tell you he has NO CLUE what hes talking about.
