John and Jim had 20% of shareholders vote against them.  This is extremely rare and only happens 1 out of 50,000 votes on the TSX. The bottom 0.002% percent of Directors.  This is a nice legacy to end their tenure. They should immediately resign following this result as a courtesy to shareholders. When Q1 results highlight the ITS blowup, they should immediately resign.   ...more

i agree joey.  once the sale closes and appropriate canidates with ITS background are identified, they should resign, although it could be staggered to allow for a smooth integration of the new board appointees.

Sales of Wilan, transition...there always are going to find ways to stay. They have not created much shareholder value over the last 10 years.  The results message is quite clear...Kick them out. The day they are out, the stock will react positively.
