Sounds like Paradigm Capital must have lost 3/4 of their analysts. There are some fantastic companies in that list. Perhaps at the top would be Kinaxis, a superstar in supply chain related enterprise software that has held up incredibly well in this market weakness. Shopify has come down a lot but it's still a huge name. Chorus Aviation? Not sure. And they're dumping Air Canada? My

My older sister worked at the old Wood Gundy many years ago and I remember her telling me that every once in a while they'd just terminate the entire research department. Whatever it takes to get to profitability, eh? Sounds like Paradigm needs very badly to cut expenses somewhere. You want to keep the top salespeople because you can see clearly how they bring in the $$$$ every day. But
