Especially when you apply the up to ten time legacy multiples to these contracts. As well, there's very often spin off contracts, and reputational contracts that follow from other entities after a sizable deal with a high profile purchaser such as this. Kind of, feather in the reputational cap contracts.

Since the iTHEIA system is proprietary, only IRD can maintain it; so this reads like a long term committment by NYS and long term revenue for IRD. In the broader sense, street chatter when NYC awarded the traffic congestion contract to TransCore was that they wanted ETC to participate but ETC was not in a position to do so.
