The Debentures hit another all time low on very high volume the last trading day.  86k units of Debentures sold at 93.75.  $8M of value traded.  

More dilution coming?  Or are they in the know of how bad the quarter results will be?

The common shares have been showing, I admit, surprising strength for some time now and it's the debentureholders who have the deep, special knowledge? Far, far more likely is that whoever is accumulating the common shares has the key insight here. I don't doubt that the second quarter will be uninspiring--which makes the recent strength in the common shares that much more intriguing

Markets are forward looking. Everyone and the grandma knows the quarter is soft. Qtrh does not trade on quarterly news.  solid balance sheet, best ever in my opinion. Long term investors will make out very well. So please stop the back and forth with VG and do some homework instead.

mrmoribund, for me the important metric is margin.
