Then explain why the debentures hit another all time low at 93.09? The cost of capital has gone up. The cost of debt financing has gone up. A 2.65% dividend yield is completely insufficient given the risks. The dividend yield should be between 4-5% and the debentures should eventually settle out at an 8% yield.
