Finally
the market seems to be realizing how under valued QTRH really is. Certainly is way overdue. It's been, "Don’t Look Up" for some time, until now. You'd think it'd at least move into the +/- $3.00 range as a conservative level. If they win the Broadcom case, it should move well into the 3's or small 4's. Be nice to see a few additional highway contracts to cement the ipward tick.

If that is the case then explain why the debentures hit all time lows yesterday? The most sophisticated investors are selling. This is a modest bounce attempting at an interim double bottom. Unfortunately, the lack of volume confirms that this is a false.
