1 licensing deal with auto company, which will be peanuts
1 IRD deal which is over multiple years, so only task orders completed will count
1 intent to award announcement
= Another Negative EBITDA quarter.
The big risk for the quarter is an asset impairment writedown of ETC goodwill. I have no idea how that hasn't already happened given the collapse in ITS multiples and the major underperformance since the acquisition.
If that happens, I think the Board chair resigns along with Skippen. They will announce a pause in the WiLan process until market conditions improve.
Dusty is chair and a clean start begins.
