How is a 3.3% yield cheap when GICs are 5%+? And GICs are backstopped by a bank and the CDIC, whereas the 3% yield is backstopped by an organization that just blew a $100M Apple settlement in 9 months.  And has more debt than cash.   You have an addiction problem.  Look at the financial statements, read the AIF, read the risk section.  All of your answers are there.

Just Stunning As I watch from sidelines, and happy to have exited again BTW, the chart and the story just keep getting uglier as time goes on. (and it is big time ugly) This chart never looks good and now is no different. Buying opportunities and pumping gallore as usual. You don't like that they spent $150 million +$30 million so far in accumulated losses for ETC.  You don't like that they spent $180 million to add $7 Million of gross margin but $17 million of SG&A?  And now have a debt problem and no cash flow to pay future commitments? They need to sell WiLan for $70 million just to cover the debt commitments leading up to the 2026 ...more
