REKR raising debt at 12%.

Also disclosing that they are having discussions with international companies.  Will Quarterhill be blowing their last remaining Capital on this?  

At 12% debt, shouldn't be above 6X EBITDA as cost of equity should be 15-18% if debt is this high.  

Multiples to go down, down, down.
