Brett Kidd gone . Is that 3 CEOs in 3 years? More importantly John Gilberry leaving board. "Mr. Gillberry is expected to remain Interim CEO until such time as a new CEO is appointed and will not stand for re-election to the Board at Quarterhill's 2023 Annual Meeting." Seems like an important bit of news IMO.

What strikes me as odd is that this press releases quickly followed the Q4 announcement where Brett Kidd was involved. Why not announce together? Why delay it? What happened? I haven't been a big fan of Kidd, so I hope they get someone better. I wish they had stuck with Paul Hill.
