For 900 million U.S. .............Yes.... 170 million up front ,30 million within 3yrs and 700 million in shared profits over time paid annually........ Great news for Qtrh........let's hope.

When is $900 million not really 900 million dollars? The $170 million is certain as is the $30 million : well not really , inflation at 5%. And then maybe the profits aren't there....... Just adds to the uncertainty ..........

Quarterhill is selling a successful patent licensing company with many patents. There not just selling patents.

If WiLan's portfoilio of patents / licenses is so valuable, why hasn't a buyer who will pay what QTRH beieves is fair value scooped it up yet...? I remember people saying Nortel had a very impressive collection of patents when they first hit hard times, and we all know how that story ended. Same has been said about BB.
