is very costly. That is ITS businese all about. Glad to hear:

Our ongoing tolling projects that are in the implementation phase will begin to transition to the operations phase in late 2023 and into 2024. These are long-term infrastructure projects with stable and reliable customers. QTRH is a long-term investment indeed considering the lengthy and costly implementation phases. However, ITS/ETC potentially has a huge market. when GPT-4 applied in ITS/ETC, 5g/6g, IoT, V2X etc the real digital era starts as I see.
