Per the Q4 news release: Among the uses of cash in fiscal 2022 were $36.1 million in debt repayments, a $14.6 million payment to settle litigation with the former owners of VIZIYA and $5.7 million in dividends paid to shareholders.

People don't realize that they are running out of cash. They just had the CAFC give the final death blow on the IPA patents.  There may need to be a payment to Amazon and eventually Microsoft for litigating those nuisance patents. Sharp and Vizio payments have not been paid for and they are still fighting over those. How many more missed contract costs will arise from ETC not ...more
