The only thing that can stop this is a WiLan sale. But who will buy WiLan when Blackerry only got $170M cash for 32,000 patents + uncertain share of profit payments? At $5k / patent, WiLan would only fetch $20 million. Would $20 million + some share of future profits be a catalyst?
