Insider buying

It's clear that insiders have been in blackout for most of the year.  According to QTRH's policy, today would be the only day where the blackout may not be in effect until mid August.  As a reminder, here is the policy:

Trading of Quarterhill securities by insiders is subject to Quarterhill’s insider trading policy. This policy instructs Quarterhill employees and members of its Board of Directors to not buy or sell Quarterhill shares during blackout periods or during other periods in which they are in possession of undisclosed material information.

Generally speaking, blackout periods begin 2 weeks before the end of a fiscal quarter and end the day that financial results for a given fiscal quarter are released.

To grab at a one-day opening like this could, I think, be seen as playing fast and loose with the spirit of the blackout policy (though I suppose I'd have no objection if any insider buys happened today). I think we're probably looking at mid-August.
