Quartherhill

There are few reasons, I feel that Quartherhill might be bought out by a bigger player,
- No CEO
- No Wilan in picture anymore
- No actual debts
- Low share price
- Most businesses in US

Please correct me if anyone feel I am far rational about the idea that we might be bought out.

Cabbie seems to hang on to the idea of something like a ...more

Another very interesting hypothesis mrmoribund.  It's valid to surmise that an engineering firm may want to acquire the tech and skill sets within ETC, and maybe IRD.  Any shareholder would drool at the valuation ST Engineering put on TransCore.  As you know, ETC has partnered with WSP on two of the seven current projects, so ETC, at least, is playing in that sandbox.  ...more
