any new project  in implementation phase could swrink the profit for 1.5 -2 years. However, when  more and more projects entering  into operational and mainntanance phases with much higher margins could easilly offset any loss in projects in implementation and start to make profits.  QTRH high profitability is inevitable,and pridictable like four seazons as i see.

We will see clear pictures in 2024 by then the national toll interoperability hubs IAGIOP,CUSIOP, and SEIOP (cover about 25 states) are all in operational and maintenance stages.

The key is the  good management that has visions and capability to control the spending and run the company efficiently. Luckily we already have Lewis and Myers in the board..
