As of yet they are NOT breaking any laws! If demand is there I say go for it. No different than Facebook, Google or Microsoft selling ALL your data and has become their business model! Don't act like this breach on privacy is somehow a new thing! Let's see which company does better for investors? Ready set go....... Horrifying? That's just the lawyer for the drug dealer talking. There's nothing horrifying about this data collection. All the systems are doing is collecting licence plate numbers, make model, etc. It's not like they're making a record of what the driver sexual preferences are or the colour of their underpants.
