Instatuitions will need to get in..........
Before the next major move up. There are a handful of top brokers who have built substantial positions through their retail clients. Between 30- 40 million shares. IMHO............They will needto get in under $2.00 . There will be several days where volume should spike to 5million shares per day. They will try to accumulated a combined 20% Of the outstanding shares. This should happen before actual profit ramp.......... Perception is everything........ Let's hope mgmt has all their Ducks lined up.

The only problem is the low share price! Institutions can not invest under what 3$ or 5$? SO a revaluation would be nice!

Not sure if a reverse split would be a good idea! Too early in companies destructuring and CEO search and risks are still there so a mis step and the gains would be toast? We as in QTRH must be discipline and good things will come......

A reverse split is not the answer or needed. Many instatuitions can buy shares below$ 3.00 .Only pension funds and some instatuitions have price restrictions..... Most fund companies, hedge funds, etc can do whatever they want.........

Can you explain what and from where this coming from? Personal intuition not excepted... we all have one....... Markets, with or without these alleged need-a-$3-price institutions.

First paste was off, this is what I ment to ask you. Thanks. institutions, are already catching the scent of a Quarterhill on its way to profitability. Without reporting nothing can be assumed....

Spectacularily consistent binary choice position mrmoribund. Quality or quantity...maybe QTRH can have both. What's your expectation for Q2 mrmoribund? Feels like management, probably at RW's urging, is migrating to an under-promise/over-deliver stance.
