Wendover Productions on Colorado I-70
Wendover Productions is a YouTube channel that I think is excellent. For fascinating background on the I-70 take a look at their "How America's Most Expensive Road Works" from two weeks ago.
It doesn't mention ETC or even tolling but it will give you a good sense of the massive challenges in managing that highway. Also easy to see how the government would need tolling revenue. Lots of it.

Might be the ETC tolling is elsewhere in the state (along I-70). Maybe closer to urban centres. But, yes, the video content is still very interesting
