outstanding shares

Best way is to buy back outstanding shares (at least 50-60 m shares) as soon as the business generates more cash.

The sp is extremely undervalued in my view. Acquisitions should wait untill the revenue reaches $400-500 m level or so with EBITDA 50-60m. Then QTRH has stronger capability and more options to carry out  any acquisition as it wants..

good luck
