Everyone can have an inpressive resume or can be recommeded by friendship. The question is what they'll do then for Quarterhill, for the investors?

In the past starting from Skippen to current CEO was to drain WiLan and Quarterhill down to debt. Skippen was the most famos for plundering from then WiLan an other CEO's, including board members.  Of coarse, they are so called lawyers!  At lest most of them, it's what they do best!

I'd like to believe the new CEO, Chuck Myers can make a difference for Quarterhill but with the same board, well I wouldn't hold my breath.

Comment noted Monte. Don't forget that Wilan would not have existed if not for Jim Skippen. The company was doing quite well before Obama's America Invents Act and the Dems PTAB sop to big tech.  Perhaps his biggest misjudgment was not selling Wilan in 2017, thinking that the politics of catering to big tech would reverse, and that offers on the table were inadequate. I know Socrates, but I'm interested in what Maxx considers a top tier genuis CEO.  Hopefully he'll provide a broad idea of the comp package.
