In regards to wi-lan sale
If i am correct we are still owed about 20 million
In regards to the 10 percent stake is that all done when we get the remaining 20 million.
Bill Morris is Chair of Quarterhill’s Compensation Committee. He is a seasoned leader with strength in leadership, operational execution and governance. He spent 36 years at Accenture, where he was CEO of Accenture Canada for 13 years. As Accenture Canada’s leader, he grew revenue from $250 million to $1.3 billion and led a team of 5,000 employees. 
now if bill morris and chuck meyers have that same drive to grow revenue to over one billion then they will get the regognition they deserve.
it seems like if i am correct jim skippen did not have that drive dont know why.
Just imagine if these guys work hard at getting contracts in all states that would be awsome.
if we have the big 3 rusty bill and chuck do you think roxanne pamela and anna are going to be here going foward as they were wi-lan board of directors.
We should be able to run with the big 3 only dont need to waste more money on salaries.

Anderson, Tosto and Steer were NOT on the Wilan BoD.  Read their bios and do some research and ask yourself if they have the skill sets that QTRH needs going forward.  Of course we'll need to hear from Myers and what that direction looks like.  A bit of a head start for your research Tsmith...Steer's fintech background could be a good fit. Tosto is a mergers/acquisitions

OK that is good answer they have the skills If that is the case then i guess then we do not need to add anymore new board members then That means we are fully stacked and ready to get ball moving
