Insider Blackout begins after today's trading

The QTRH insider blackout policy:

Regular trading blackout periods begin two weeks before the end of a fiscal quarter and end the day that financial results for a given fiscal quarter are released.

The policy has been the policy for as long as I can remember Socrates. It explains the flurry of insider buys in the past two weeks tho. After today, insiders will be prohibited from buying until around w/o November 6th.
