New Contracts Needed!!!

The lack of news of any new contracts is allowing the share price to drift sub $1.40.
Only news moves this stock otherwise it will drift to new lows!

Of course news of new contracts would be welcome. There was an IRD announcement on September 15th of a data collection award for the state of Hawaii. However, the corporate priority is improvement in ETC margins. If successful, the Q3 results will be news that moves the needle. How much? That depends on the upside surprise. I do recall the IRD announcement for Hawaii back on mid September which boosted the share price $0.10 for the day from $1.50. Hoping for good Q3 results with improvements in ETC margins.

i know it is fustrating lack of news i think we all on this board feel same way I am hoping we will here from new Ceo soon it will be nice to see how he wants to promote our company.
