a"golden cross" is here, but needs more time to confirm the bulilsh trend.

Last time it happened in the middle of March 2023 (sp about$2), but quickly the uptrend went back to negtive territory after the poor Q1/23 financial results reported. But this time is a different story...

Technical analysis does not work on a company with low volume s . Qtrh will move mainly on fundamentals......... The better the fundamentals the more interest from investors and vice versa......... small caps also trade to market sentiment...........The sentiment has been strong over the last two weeks...........hence the pop 1.40 to 1.70...........both sentiment and fundamentals are improving....

Both may be appropriate.  QTRH has a high proportion of retail investors, many who follow technicals. With sentiment positive, this group could provide a bump for sure, however in the moment it is.
