I have NOT been able to confirm the blackout policy currently in place at QTRH. Securities regulations are vague on this subject so it's entirely possible your expectation has never been formalized and may differ today. New team, new policy.

Read the website. Send an email to IR. Easy peasy Maxmoe. What's your issue aside from your post earlier this week indicating it's doesn't make sense to you? Practically, what does it matter in the stock's rise?

I was simply responding to the questions of others. No, I doesn't really matter to me why the sudden pop in the stock. For all I know it's all some sort of cosmic ying Yang connected to my recent purchase. LOL.

I'm familiar with their website, the regulations, and common practice. And I've asked the company and received zippo reply. Probably because they have better things to worry about. I falsely expected someone who brought the subject up would be better informed, had already properly researched it, and would gladly share the facts rather than speculation and opinion.
